At Calveto, our goal is to offer you the best shipping options, no matter where you live. Every day, we deliver to hundreds of customers across the world, ensuring that we provide the very highest levels of responsiveness to you at all times.

We have our supplier partners all over the world and warehouses and distribution centers in USA, Europe, Malaysia, UK, Canada and Australia and your item will be dispatched from one of the centers or product partners based on availability. We currently ship to North America, Europe, Oceania. Our main markets are the United States, Canada, the United Kingdom, and Australia. For any other country, please email us your order at service@calveto.com and we will get back to you with a customized quote.

- Due to the large size and weight of the shoe box, free shipping ONLY for each single order over $120

- Please allow 10-30 business days for delivery after dispatch email is sent to you.

- Once your order went through (SUCCESS), a confirmation email will be sent to you automatically within 2 hours. If you did not receive the confirmation, please check your spam mail box.

- We kindly ask for 1-4 working days for the quality control in order to arrange the best shipment for you. After we ship out the items, you will receive an email with the tracking number. If you did not receive the tracking number, please check your spam mail box.

- Pre-sale products will be shipped strictly in accordance with the pre-sale delivery time on the page. We will make clear explanations under special circumstances. During holiday periods, shipments and logistics transportation will be delayed to a certain extent. The specific situation is subject to the logistics notice.

We will send you an email to confirm the order you placed once the payment has been processed.
2.Processing
We kindly ask for 2-4 working days for the quality control so as to arrange the best shipment for you. As soon as your order ship out, you’ll receive a notification via email which includes your tracking number.
Note: For the orders with more than one item, the processing time will depend on the item which takes the longest preparation time.
3.Shipping
- Expedited Shipping（Delivered 7-16 days after shipment）
- Free shipping（Delivered 10-20 days after shipment）
- Standard Shipping（Delivered 10-25 days after shipment）
Note: The actual shipping time depends on the destination countries & couriers, and no deliveries take place during Holidays.
4.Delivered

  • According to the feedback, most of the packages can be delivered fast and safely.
  • Delays: In very rare occasions, the delivery may take longer than the standard shipping time stated above due to factors beyond our control. 
  • Separate shipments: We strive to ship out your order in one package. However, in particular cases, your order can be split into several packages. This is mainly caused by different supply warehouse’s locations. In this case, you will be provided with two or more tracking numbers.
